MHA #16 - Saturday Morning

It had been hard but somehow both Cutter and Connor had managed to behave at Prom until they’d ended up making it back to Cutter’s flat and then ended up having a lot of fun taking off those very nice, very expensive suits and ended up back in the bedroom.

Now it was morning and Cutter was just taking the time to enjoy cuddling up with Connor in the bed, last night had been nice and now he was looking forward to spending the rest of the weekend with Connor and spending as much time with him as he could.

[for the boyfriend, who is modded with permission as well as the eventual visitors]

"You just needed a better counterpart for the husband bit I think" Connor said with a shy smile, his own cheeks flushing slightly.

"As for the father thing... i think it's safe to say in at least one reality we got it damned near perfect,' he said with a fond smile at Tabby and Teddy. "And if we did it here I am sure we can do it again."

Cutter winked at that, feeling his own cheeks start to turn red, “well I think I’ve found a better counterpart for my husband,” he said shyly.

Then his smile widened, “I think it’s very possible we can do it again, we can make a life like that here,”

"Whatever it ends up being.... I'm here for it" Connor said and then gave a small sigh as he watched Tabby and Teddy arguing over the last piece of bacon.

"Hey now, you know the rules when it comes to the last piece of bacon" he said with a smirk as he leaned over and grabbed it off the plate. "Last piece of bacon is always Dad and Pops," Connor said as he broke it in half and handed one piece to Cutter with a wink.

Cutter couldn’t help but giggle at that as Teddy and Tabby’s fighting died down instantly. and they both looked dismayed.

“I definitely approve of this rule,” he said with a grin as he put the piece of bacon in his mouth.

"Thanks, I happen to like it as well. Keeps certain kids from bickering and fighting" Connor said with a fond smile.

"More bacon, Tabby? Please?" Teddy asked with a pleading look he had practiced far too many times most likely.

Tabby sighed, “I just made you a whole lot of bacon,” she pointed out but she looked over at Cutter and Connor the same, “what do you think dad and pops? Should I make another lot of the bacon?”

“What do you think Connor ?” Cutter said with a smile, “think they deserve more bacon?”

“Please?” Teddy whined whined.

"Oh, I guess they deserve some more bacon..." Connor said with a grin. And ny they he totally meant himself and Cutter. "If Tabby doesn't mind doing the honors that is?"

Tabby smiled as she got up to go to the kitchen to start making more bacon, “an order pf more bacon coming up,”

Teddy cheered at that.

“I think I might have to say thank you to Lester next time I see him, how do you think he’d react if I told him he taught one of my alternate kids how to cook?” Cutter smiled as he imagined that particular conversation.

"A year ago he'd think you were bloody mental" Connor laughed. "Now? He might not fully believe it but would probably humor you and me at least."

Cutter laughed as well , “well I’m pretty sure he already thinks I’ve had a nervous breakdown,” he admitted as he recalled that day he’d come back from the anomaly and everything had changed, “so he might just think I’ve had another one,” he considered,”even though I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t try to sanction us so that would be progress for Lester,”
